For this session, you are laying on the massage table fully clothed as I intuitively and gently facilitate the calming of your nervous system. Within this process, constriction and density begin to be released. There is flow that moves through the body’s pathways, and your energy field (lightbody) which includes the chakras, as you come back “on-line” and light up. 
You may notice the following: feeling calmer, lighter and peaceful. You may notice that your mind feels clearer, or less chaotic. You may even notice something has gracefully shifted within your body. 
This experience is DIVINELY facilitated to support you on an emotional, spiritual, mental and physical level.

When in times of physical or emotional pain…there is a desire for relief. You may even choose to have an “innerstanding” as to why. 
For this session, we take a few minutes to review what is occurring, and I offer a deepening process to discover something hidden. Our emotions and physical body are in “play” with each other and are just simply communicating with us. As mysterious as our bodies seem to be, we can find our own way of deciphering (sensing) and trusting what we feel. 
After we discuss what you re addressing through your keen awareness, we begin your energy session. As you are laying on the massage table fully clothed, I begin to gently and intuitively facilitate. We begin with calming the nervous system. I then gravitate toward what the body’s intelligence is revealing to me in accordance with what you’re wishing to shift. 
After your energy session, we take a few minutes so that you can share what you experienced, if you so choose.

The origin of this idea came through while I was toning with a client. In my Quantum & Multidimensional Energy Healing Sessions, tonal sounds channeled through as an attunement. I sensed more than just how the tones were connecting to their emotional and physical body.
